Shocker du jour: Es rumort, Microsoft hätte Appetit auf Macromedia — or more specifically, Flash. Verständlich und eigentlich nur eine Frage der Zeit: Macromedia will und will nicht aus den roten Zahlen kommen, so ubiquitär Flash auch sein mag — und Ubiquitäres wiederum ist die Hausspezialität der Redmonder. Kommt der Kauf tatsächlich zustande, so wird es mit Flash auf Linux und derlei ungestümen Ungetüm wohl schneller vorbei sein, als Jakob "99% bad" sagen kann. Not good.
