Bold move: Neben esa, wehrlos, p3k, motz, rinner.st und lcom war auch Antville.org die letzten paar Tage Teil einer neuerlichen Netzdemonstration gegen Software-Patente (meine Position findet sich unter soft-patents).

Keep an eye on it.

Bedenklich: Nokia & Co. haben ohne zweifelsfreie rechtliche Deckung Software-Patente beantragt, zugesprochen bekommen, auf Basis dieser (bislang undurchsetzbaren) Ansprüche Lizensierungsvereinbarungen abgeschlossen und wollen post facto diese Einnahmequelle legitimiert wissen. Law on (corporate) demand.
