Michi's R-jockeying reminded me of my long-standing plan to write about some of the nuggets that digging through the retrievr log files netted. In the meantime, you might want to check out some of the features we've added over the past few weeks:

  • Sketches have URLs. Handy for showing off. Or not.

  • Search for similar images: In addition to drawing rough (*cough*) sketches, the artistically challenged (and everyone else, incl. you!) can upload images now.

  • One-click pivoting. Move the mouse cursor over an image, click the lens. Repeat. (An hour later ...)

  • Sketch rating. Raw and unfiltered (for now), so adjust your (in)decency filters beforehand.
Upcoming: The Bookmarklet. (Which is Great Fun, too.)

People who like retrievr are probably also going to like Sketch Swap and Mario Klingemann's Flickeur.
