Semi-related: Die Ö1-Download-Berechtigung für ausgewählte Programme scheint mittlerweile auch ohne mehrmonatiges bürokratisches Prozedere erhältlich zu sein; 39€ im Jahr sind nicht günstig, wert ist es das Angebot auf jeden Fall. Nichtsdestotrotz: Nähme ein Medienhaus eine Art Bildungsauftrag wirklich ernst, wäre der "zusätzliche Personalaufwand" (Halbtagskraft?) im Budget (Hörfunk-Plan 2007: 104 Millionen €) wohl unterzubringen, ganz abzusehen vom Faktum, dass man die in's Payment-Processing und das Zurechtstutzen von Hörproben investierte Zeit dann auch in die Förderung der Anschlussfähigkeit investieren könnte; es muss ja nicht gleich die Luxusvariante (by way of motz) sein.
