That fellow is missing because the list isn't about people working at Google, but about key words that show "Work at Google" ads. But thanks for the pointer, what the GoogleGuy says is pretty interesting. As for "commercial influences", I think that Google is the living proof that clear separation between content and advertising works better for consumers and advertisers alike. It's rather unlikely that they'll follow their long-forgotten "pay-for-placement" peers into doom and oblivion ...
