hmm. nach dem nochmaligen lesen der faq, scheint es, dass man applikationen die man daraus zusammen klebt open source publicly available machen muss, sobald man diese applikationen als "remote service" (auch bei internal deployment) anbietet:

"You may [..] freely use the kernel with any applications or services you create yourself though if you redistribute your application, including providing remote access to a service that uses the kernel, you must observe the redistribution requirements."
meiner meinung nach auch eine konsequente umsetzung der "viralness". fraglich bleibt jedoch, wie man das speziell bei internal deployments enforcen will :)
