There's so much talk about computer technology here that I figured this could be a perfect place to get answers about time tables. People say history repeats itself and I'm a believer. My 28-year cycle calendar is proof. Yet, the 28-year cycle ends when a leap year is skipped according to the leap year rule. I don't know how, if possible, to restart it.
