I doubt that Chinese people would use the Latin alphabet at all. The visualization allows you to quickly figure out what's present in one set and not in the other. It's neither 100% precise (mostly because of URL normalization issues) nor do missing connections imply censoring - Google's ranking varies _a lot_ depending on what language version you're using.
