"MP3s hosted at [create EMusic] - not someone's bedroom." — Naja, dank den Wundern der Digitaltechnik macht das ja üblicherweise weniger aus, als manch Marketeer meinen möchte. Trotzdem bemerkenswert: Universal bietet nun gegen Monatsgebühren von $9 (im Jahresabo) hunderttausende MP3s (!) zum Download an. Auch wenn heise.de von "Titel[n], die ansonsten eher wie Blei in CD-Ständern liegen" schreibt, so schlecht scheint das Angebot auf den ersten Blick nicht zu sein. Ein Anfang.

Im Übrigen sieht es mit Windows.Forms-Support nicht gut aus — Miguel de Icaza: "Although I was very excited about Windows.Forms initially, Windows.Forms is a poor API, with a poor event system, with a poor layout engine.
