Those developments are laying the groundwork for services which connect the web much tighter to the space which physically surrounds us. Geography matters out there. I'd venture that GeoURL (or one of its alikes - geo.google.com?) will be the second big search thing besides Google in a year or two.

ob geourl aber nicht nur blogger-spielerei ist? gerade am internet war ja das schöne die zentralisierung, alles ist von überall erreichbar ...

nützlich wahrscheinlich nur, wenn man eine von der position sehr abhängige funktion ausübt, zb. pizza-service, taxi usw.

für den standarduser mit privater website und andere unternehmen ... probleme ergeben sich ja außerdem, wenn firmen dezentral sind. wie sage ich geourl, wenn ich an mehreren standorten gleichzeitig bin? ich denke nicht, dass das das next big thing sein wird, dafür ist der anwendungsbereich zu beschränkt und nicht anwendbar ...

naja. an gegenläufige ideen bin ich interessiert.
