Dear audience, is anyone of you listening to podcasts* at all? If so, have you actually subscribed to channels or are you just downloading spoken words over the Internet?

 | andi 7017 days AGO Even if my development-box, where i spend most of my waking time in front of, had a sound card, i would not listen to them. It's hard enough to get into some people's style of writing, speaking for recordings requires even more education wich nearly noone has. |
 | chris 7016 days AGO I've been listening to quite a few interviews, panel discussions &c. as of late, mostly from IT Conversations and mostly while running - not bad for my listening comprehension ;-)
What I'd really be interested in, tho, is whether anyone actually uses podcatchers (or whatever the term du jour is), them being the reason for slapping this nice new label on the whole "phenomenon". |
