Wird ja nicht allzu oft gebrochen dieser Tage, die Lanze für PHP (obwohl ebendiese eher für einen Architekturstil gebrochen wird denn für die Sprache an sich; einen Architekturstil, den PHP allerdings nahezu erzwingt).

"They are using the same PHP that you have."

Not unrelated:

memcached (to which Facebook is now a prime contributor), libketamaOne-Column Layouts Officially Declared Annoying; especially in the case of (TypePad) weblogs which hide the excellent recent comments list (or move it to the bottom), the one job of a weblog frontpage being to show where the action is.

but different indicators (instead of disturbing the flow of reading by additional columns) would be welcome.

war (wie oft) viel zu drastisch formuliert; in vielen fällen (längere texte, interaktionsfreie tumblelogs) sind one-column-layouts überaus passend.
