Btw. following your inbound vanilla links I was reminded of your HopShell (or hshell?) – this is another thingy not to confuse with the helmaShell, or isn't it?

Anyway, what became of HopShell?

It morphed into helmaShell in the able hands of cvz (I think).

The first shell/REPL I wrote for Helma was actually written in REBOL (and quite similar in operation to HopRepl).

I thought so. But my memory became so dull in those last years down in the snake pit. Rewrote the introduction of the HopRepl wiki page; hopefully it adequately reflects your prior art.
