identity: all of [title, attrs]/[from, to, type, attributes] define the identity, i.e. ["chl" [age: 22]] is different from ["chl" [age: 21]]. links are irrelevant to identity ... (?)

every concept "lives"/is preserved forever, i.e. if it is stored, it doesn't replace a concept, it is always added as separate one. however it might be linked to the one it has been copied from to be transferred to the editor via a #supercedes link. important: this also means that a concept cannot be edited or deleted (it can be linked to the "forgotten" concept, though).
x concepts can be merged by introducing a new concept with x #mergedFrom relations.
x: 1 - inf
the ?current-thinking view includes only concepts without #superceding concepts.
concepts are always timestamped [@conceptCreateStamp].
